This page identifies the third-party payment providers we use to process subscription payments. It is referenced by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy but is maintained separately from them, so that it can be kept accurate as providers change without altering the agreements you accepted.
My Content Tools LLC does not collect, process, transmit or store payment card numbers or bank account details. Card data goes directly from your browser to the provider named below.
Current payment providers
Stripe, Inc.
Role: payment processing, subscription billing, and self-service billing portal
Data received: name, email address, billing address, payment method details, transaction records

Role: alternate payment processing (retained; may be used for some subscriptions)

What appears on your statement
Charges appear as MYCONTENTTOOLS, regardless of which provider processed the payment. If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank — we can usually resolve it the same day.
Billing questions
We handle all billing, cancellation and refund enquiries directly. You do not need to contact a payment provider. Cancel yourself at any time from the billing portal (how to cancel), or reach us using the details below.
Changes to this page
We may add, replace or remove providers. Because this schedule sits outside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, such a change does not alter those agreements and does not require re-acceptance. The effective date below reflects the most recent update.
