Anyone can store a file. The question that matters arrives later, from a platform, a processor or a regulator, and it is always the same question: show me that this performer consented, that they were of age, and that the document has not been altered since.
Every application here is built backwards from that moment. Identity is verified against the document rather than asserted, records are bound to the shoot they belong to, and documents are sealed so a later change is detectable rather than deniable.
